Four nights in Cartagena de Indias with New York movement expert Katya Bryleva, founder of Elevé Sculpt. Sweat, sail, slow down, and come home stronger in body, quieter in mind and more at home in yourself.
Set in a private villa in the heart of Cartagena's colonial old town, the retreat balances Katya's high-energy Sculpt method with deep rest.
Mornings begin with Sculpt and Pilates. One day, a private boat takes you to the Rosario Islands for beach time, snorkeling and lunch by the sea. Other afternoons are for wandering cobblestone streets and finding the city's rhythm in a private salsa class. Evenings slow down with sunset yoga, sound healing and a farewell night in Getsemaní, the city's most vibrant neighborhood. A private chef keeps you nourished throughout, and a Caribbean cooking class brings the flavors home with you.
For the woman who wants to feel strong, move well and actually switch off. No experience needed. You'll feel at home here if you:
Believe wellness is a whole experience. Movement, nourishment, culture and beauty go together, and Cartagena's light and rhythm are part of the medicine.
Travel for connection. You want a small circle of like-minded women who know rest matters as much as movement.
Want to feel stronger. Whether you're new to Sculpt and Pilates or have been practicing for years, Katya meets you where you are, with space to reconnect away from the noise of everyday life.
Value the details. Everything is taken care of, from the villa to the chef to each day's plan, so all you have to do is show up.
Come solo or with someone who moves alongside you, and leave with a circle that feels like home.

Begin the day with a fresh, nourishing breakfast at the villa - vibrant local fruit, wholesome plates, and ease into what's ahead.
Move through a signature sculpt session with Katya. Her method meets you where you are - building strength, control, and length through intentional, low-impact movement that leaves you energized rather than depleted.
Step into the heart of Colombian cooking. Guided through recipes passed down along the Caribbean coast, you'll work with ingredients at their freshest. Tropical fruit, local herbs, produce still warm from the market. This is food with a story: an invitation to understand where your nourishment comes from, to cook with intention, and to taste the difference that freshness and heritage make.
Walk through the Walled City to Casa Carolina for your afternoon session - whether flowing yoga, a restorative sound healing class, or a guided meditation led alongside Tata Umaña.
Just after your sculpt session, a nourishing dinner awaits, prepared by your private chef to replenish and restore.
In Colombia, culture lives in music and movement, and tonight you step into it. A private instructor arrives at the villa to guide your first steps, salsa as both joyful release and a genuine way to understand this place and its people. Then the night opens up: a walk through the lamplit Walled City to one of Cartagena's iconic salsa bars, where live rhythm, warmth, and Caribbean soul invite you to feel the culture rather than simply observe it.
