Sanfelino Concierge is the ONLY reason our trip was amazing as it was! From the first phone call, the team knew all of the right questions to ask to create the most incredible experience for my family and I to travel to Cartagena and plan a wedding in the city for next year. They were SO attentive to our wants and needs for the trip and always answered every single question. Their team is also FUN to be around when in Cartagena and always gave us the option to have their team members join our excursions for comfort or go on our own. I highly recommend having them join you as they are so fun to be around and helpful for extra knowledge and translating as well! What I was looking for with a week off was a bit bespoke and laid back in terms of deciding/booking based on what I was looking for while on the trip. Marco was amazingly accommodating, engaging and communicative during the entire trip. He planned daily lessons with a tennis pro at his club, connected me with his mate for some local tennis play and Marco even joined in himself/met up with me at the club ensuring all was going smooth. During the trip, Marco sorted a day trip to Rosario Island and chatted daily for evening dining recommendation based on what I was looking for each night - his suggestions/even sorting reservation was on point - delicious restaurants with perfect vibes for a solo traveler. Props to Marco for his top shelf service, caring to ensure I was taken care of and ability to listen and craft the type of trip that fits my personality and what I was after. Boutique hotel he suggested was perfect - loved everything about it (Casa Carolina). Will certainly connect with Marco again for future travel and any trips he plans. I had a great time, the food was amazing! The place beautiful. Communication super easy and they were very punctual. Super recommended
